20. March 2013, Spa-Francorchamps, Belgium

In association with the VITO, the Automotive Campus of Spa-Francorchamps will organize an event in the framework of the ENEVATE Project.

The morning will be dedicated to training sessions about:

  • Development of new supply chains for electric vehicles perspectives in NWE regions
  • Electric Vehicle infrastructure development – using the  ENEVATE Tool Kit
  • Socio-technical transitions and electric vehicles

Conferences in the afternoon will welcome speakers focusing on:

  • Differences between ICE classic supply chains and EV supply chains
  • Local electricity supply infrastructures management, integrated in an European grid
  • Evolution of the EV sector in Europe till 2020

How to adapt job shops, medium and large scale ICE supply chains to produce electric vehicles?

What are the possibilities for local authorities willing to implement infrastructures allocated to electric vehicles?

Towards what future is the EV sector turning? What are the main psychological brakes of potential customers nowadays?

To answer these questions and propose a global vision on the whole EV topic, we wanted to gather speakers from ENEVATE partnership but also from automotive industry, electricity transmission system operator and Belgian university.

The event is free of charges and open to the public. Please contact Nicolas.holczer@campus-francorchamps.be to register or for further information. (Flyer available here)
